We maintain physical and electronic procedures in compliance with federal regulations to ensure the highest level of security against unauthorized disclosure of our customers' or their account holders' nonpublic personal information. Access to an account holder's personal information is restricted to those employees or contractors who need to know that information in order to provide quality financial products to our customers and their account holders. We continually emphasize to all of our employees and contractors the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of account holder records.

All terms used in this document have the meaning given them in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 and it's implementing Regulation P as amended from time to time. Financial Institution has disclosed, or may disclose in the future, to Main Street Checks, Inc. certain non-public information about financial institution's consumers and customers. Main Street Checks, Inc. agrees to maintain security over such information in order to insure confidentiality of all such information to the same extent Financial Institution is required to maintain it. Main Street Checks, Inc. further agrees not to disclose any such information except to carry out the purposes for which Financial Institution provided such information or as otherwise permitted by the above mentioned regulation and any similar state regulation by which Financial Institution may be bound.
