Online Check Reordering Help page

Here are a few error messages you may encounter when trying to order checks online.

"The Control Number or ABA Number you entered is not valid - Please Try Again"
  • It seems you might have entered the Control Number and/or ABA Number wrong. Please check both numbers (located on your reorder form) and try again.

"Your financial institution has chosen not to allow their customers utilize this service or the setup does not permit online reorders for this account type. Please contact them for further information."
  • It seems you have not been approved for online check reorders. Please contact your financial institution about being approved for online reordering.

"Please Select a style for reorder"
  • The problem is that you did not select a Check Style to reorder. You can resolve this problem by placing a dot in the option button to select the check order that you would like to reorder.

"The Account Number or ABA Number you have entered is invalid - Please Try Again"
  • It seems that either the Account Number or ABA Number was entered incorrectly. To resolve this, locate both Account and ABA Numbers (Shown on the Order Status screen) and re-type them in and try again.

"Your financial institution has limited the number of orders that can be placed in a given period of time. Please contact them for further information."
  • Your financial institution limits the number of orders that you may place within a certain amount of time. If you wish to get that period of time reduced, contact your representative at your financial institution to request it.

"Your financial institution has no valid products for online reordering. Please contact them for further information."
  • It seems your financial institution has not set up any valid products for online reordering. Please contact them and ask about online reordering.

"The product selected can be ordered on-line but changes cannot be made to the order. The new order will be exactly as your selected order"
  • This means that no changes can be made to the order you are trying to reorder. ie: check style, name and address, etc.. If you need to have any of these changed on the order please contact your financial institution and inform them of the changes.
